Legal & Initial Construction Stage
The construction process at Santo Cielo is progressing as planned. All legal permits, construction licenses, and feasibility studies for water and electricity supply have been successfully completed, allowing us to begin the first stage of development.
With all regulatory approvals in place, we have started the site preparation phase, which includes leveling the terrain and defining the foundation layout. This marks the official start of construction for the first villa, following the highest engineering and safety standards.
Every phase is carefully supervised to ensure structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and a secure investment with high appreciation potential.

Foundation Works Underway
The foundation work has begun, following strict construction methodology.
The process includes:
✔ Excavation and compaction to prepare the
ground for load distribution.
✔ Installation of reinforced footings using high-strength concrete.
✔ Placement of steel reinforcement in compliance with structural calculations.
✔ Precise concrete pouring, supplied by Concretos
Baja Sur, ensuring strength and durability.
This critical phase lays the groundwork for the villa’s structural integrity, ensuring a solid and long-lasting foundation.
